Lachlan Giles Highlights Lachlan Sven McDonald Giles is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under John Simon. Lachlan, also known as "Lucky", is a Brazilian Jiu jitsu instructor and competitor who has attain first place in various IBJJF competitions as a black belt. In addition to this, he is especially successfull in no-gi competitions where more leg locks are allowed. It is in these competitions like ADCC where he is able to showcase his innovative "inside sankaku" system. In this past ADCC in 2019, Lachlan shocked the grappling world when he successfully utilized his system to submit much larger opponents at the highest level of no-gi competitions. He is associated with Absolute MMA. Aside from his competitive background, he is a successful instructor (the teacher and coach of the famous Creg Jones), he runs a trending YouTube channel, has a doctorate in physical therapy, and he is actively creating digital courses to teach the world his Jiu Jitsu style.
