Solar Panel Wiring & Midnite Solar Charge Controller Hookup in our Skoolie

Mike connected all our solar panels in 3 strings of 3 panels each, and did the wiring for our new Midnite Solar charge Controller. It's not a step-by-step guide to how you should do yours, but a simple overview of what we have done so far. You'll get a glimpse into how Mike assembled the connectors for all the solar panel cables, to get them ready for the control box that will be installed on our deck. Then he created a water-proof pass-through for the solar panel cables (and A/C cables) to come into the bus. These were the wires he connected to the Midnite Solar Charge Controller, which is one of the final steps of our whole Solar System! We did a preliminary test of running our mini-split A/C unit with only one small temporary battery hooked up... meaning, the winter sun (at a low angle) was able to run our A/C and heat pump without a problem!
