With a deliciously flaky crust and a rich, savory filling, it’s a must-try for any food lover. There are two main styles: Northern Galicia: Yeast-based, bread-like texture Southern Galicia: Thinner, crunchier dough with extra fat In this video, I’ll show you my favorite—the southern-style Galician empanada.
