His wife supports the household by doing household cleaning work, earning barely ₹12,000 a month, and medical expenses often force gaps in prescribed medication. The family had no ration card help or steady assistance. Under Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj’s “Annapurna” initiative, volunteers delivered monthly medicines, full ration supplies, warm clothing, and essentials — changing this family’s immediate future. The relief package included flour, rice, dals, oil, onions, potatoes, spices, milk powder, soaps, and medicines as per the doctor’s prescription, plus blankets and sweaters for winter. A special assistance card was issued so the family can call the ashram two days before supplies run out and receive replenishment. This video documents the living conditions, medical struggles, and the compassionate intervention that promises lifelong food support while the family remains unable to earn. Our aim is to spread awareness about such programs so more needy families get help and to show how targeted charitable campaigns can restore dignity and hope.
