Then we add salt, pepper and chili pepper and knead well. We spread tomato paste on the floor of the baking tray and spread our kebab on it. After dividing it into pieces with the help of a knife or spatula, we put onion, tomato and pepper slices on it. We bake it in a preheated oven at 240 degrees around 30-40 minutes.
