Hey babes! Today we are doing a super fun Booty workout you can do anywhere ! I am using a dumbbells, but you can do this workout without them as well. Think about activating your booty while doing these exercises. Booty band will also help you with that. I like to do this workout on my off days from the gym. It's super fun, quick and effective. Great for being active and break a little sweat. A few tips for this workout: 1. Like mentioned before, training booty requires a lot of mind-muscle connection. Keep your thoughts on your booty, not the after workout meal ♥︎ 2. Always make sure to posteriorly rotate your pelvis. Don't arch your back too much as it is not healthy for your spine, while also less effective for booty building. 3. Do this workout with high intensity. If you need a few seconds of rest, take your rest, don't worry! I took a second of rest between the exercises as well!
