Lucerne is the capital of the Canton of Lucerne and one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. Two of its most famous monuments are the Lion Monument (Lôwendenkmal) that commemorates the Swiss guards that were massacred in 1792 while defending the Tuileries Palace in Paris against the revolutionaries, and the Chapel Bridge (Kappelbrücke), the oldest wooden bridge in Europe. The Chapel Bridge, erected in the 14th century, is decorated with paintings along the interior and it is undoubtedly one of the most famous monuments in Switzerland and the most photographed one. Mount Pilatus, at an altitude of 2128 metres, is one of the main attractions near Lucerne. The top can be reached with the Pilatus Railway, the world's steepest cogwheel railway (48% maximum inclination), from Alpnachstad, operating from May to November. This is the first video in which I have used ND filters to be able to reach the ratio 30fps and 1/60 shutter speed, without compromising the exposure.
