LINKS and MORE INFO BELOW...😎⬇️ NOTE: When I discussed the lack of AGC on other radios, it applied only to the airband on AM. The RT-470L does have an AGC on the airband and it works well, except for the first second or so until it kicks in. Another problem with cheap airband receivers is NARROW BANDWIDTH. Some of them are mistakenly set at 3kHz, also making the audio sound narrow and hard to listen to. The RT-470L does NOT have this problem. The audio is very good. If your focus is listening to the airband you will want to order the Radel airband antenna at the same time as the radio: Collapsible whip. If you buy one of the collapsible whips and want to use it on the AIRBAND, you will also need an SMA male to SMA female adaptor to attach the whip to the VHF/UHF antenna jack.
