Position: RA2251 Title: Technical Support Manager- Software Customer Experience Experience: 8+ Salary: 110-130K+ Location: IL - Chicago OR TX - Austin (Hybrid) Description: Global Safety Science firm is looking for a Technical Support Manager for their Software and Advisory division. Experience from a call/support/contact center is ideal. Must have managed people for at least the past 2 years. The role will drive KPI's. Experience with CSAT, NPS, QA or any focus on Customer Experience (CX) are ideal. The hiring manager needs someone deeply passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Note this is software support NOT IT Support. The role ideally would like someone in Chicago or Austin area but they can consider other locations such as Albany, NY, Princeton, NJ, Research Triangle, NC, Brea, CA or Seattle, WA as they role is hybrid and requires someone in an office 2-3 days a week.
