SC2 Arcade game: Mineralz Evolution [updated]. Solo Nightmare Difficulty, with Nightshift Left side base Role Masteries used: Economy Mastery 5 - Prestige 35 Nightmare 36 Archon Probe This is a typical solo level farming build in nightmare. I prefer running nightmare mutators for solo level farming as it much more relaxed than hell solo. The only tough points in this run was the early due to hard rocks slowing down the early game economy. Then I had earth quake slowing down my overall economy as I had to make sure I had enough healing to not loose my units and structures. Mutators: -Creep -Earthquake -Hard Rocks Tips for Creep: 2 biggest negatives of creep are: Bosses get to the wall quicker so you must skill quickly and if the wall dies it can easily kill a run. If playing solo to combat against this build a diamond wall further along the path closer to the nydus for nigh11ts 1 and night 2. This will give you time to get a tier 3 firebat for night 3. Alternatively you can just build and keep a diamond wall until mid game once you have sufficient ranged damage to keep the path clear of creep. This mutator makes the following mutators harder: Speed freaks, aliens and mutated swarm. As all enemy units get to your wall faster. Make sure you have the correct tier wall for the night and enough healing to survive this. Tips for Earthquake: This mutator can be very frustrating, but does encourage a condensed base layout. After the second earthquake you will need to build some basic healing for your economy structures. At least 4 t2 healers and 1 t2 gen to start. After the 3rd quake you will need to upgrade these to t3 and build an extra healer bringing this to 5 in that group. Depending on your layout you will need 2-3 groups of healers. 1 on wall, 1-2 on eco. If you are in multiplayer, the whole team should help with this. Don't force 1 person to cover all of this. As they will be able to manage the t3, but will fall behind on their eco, meaning they can't reach t4 or higher when it's needed. Tips for Hard rocks: This mutator will slow down your early economy. In all difficulties upto and including nightmare it's more effective to break rocks for economy but you need to treat this mutator as a 50% reduction in income from this method as it now takes you twice as long. With this in mind you should get the bare minimum: 72 blue, 40 vespene, 40 red and 40 purple. Then switch to mining as this amount of resources will let you build a base and get the first all spark upgrade.
