CNBC & Bloomberg Today On NVIDIA Stock, NVIDIA Valuation - NVDA Update Hosts of CNBC and Bloomberg each discuss NVIDIA, NVIDIA stock (NVDA stock), and NVIDIA's valuation. Monday afternoon, Bloomberg published an article claiming that US officials are considering a cap on exports of NVIDIA's H200 to China; limiting exports to 75,000 chips per customer. That number is notably lower than the number of GPUs that Chinese tech firms previously indicated they would like to purchase from NVIDIA. Any China revenue would be a bonus for NVIDIA, but zero China revenue would not be a thesis-breaking development. On Monday, NVIDIA announced strategic partnerships and investments in both Coherent and Lumentum. NVIDIA has a track record of securing capacity well in advance in the areas where they think there may be a bottleneck in the future. Optical interconnect is crucial to the continued scaling of AI infrastructure, and NVIDIA is securing supply in advance. Looking ahead, Jensen Huang is scheduled to speak at Morgan Stanley's TMT Conference this Wednesday, March 4, starting at 10:00AM PT, 1:00PM ET. And then we have NVIDIA GTC March 16-19 with a keynote from Jensen Huang scheduled for March 16. NVIDIA has many large long-term growth opportunities in front of it that are in addition to NVIDIA's large datacenter business. Sovereign AI, enterprise AI, AI-native startups, physical AI, and quantum computing are all large long-term growth opportunities for NVIDIA. Blackwell Ultra is ramping quickly, Rubin is on track to launch in 2026, we're also expecting Rubin CPX at the end of 2026, then we're expecting Rubin Ultra in 2027, and later on we're expecting NVIDIA's Feynman in 2028. We have a clear datacenter product roadmap extending into 2028, and Jensen Huang believes there will be $3T-$4T of global AI factory buildout between now and 2030.
