Edit: The eagle-eyed among you will spot that this has the NZTA logo at the end and not LTNZ, which makes sense given it's a post-2008 ad. Edited title accordingly. We've not had a new advert from Land Transport New Zealand for ages, and the new one they have come up with is, frankly, shite. I can see what they're trying to say. You are influenced by those around you, especially your family. But for some reason it falls flat for me. Maybe it's the horrible quality video which means I can't see everything quite as clearly. Maybe it's the lack of a crash scene. Although, thinking about it, maybe that imagery isn't needed. Maybe seeing an upside down car is enough. The focus is clearly on education, rather than shock, as is par for the course these days. What do you all think? Did this one do anything for you?
