Hey Everyone, today Bandai dropped the new extreme legendary Kizaru in One Piece Bounty Rush and he is easily the most broken character in OPBR right now. I summoned on the new EX Kizaru banner and managed to get him guaranteed. After that, I used 1200 gold fragments to max him out and still had some more gold frags available. So I decided to go all in and push him to Boost 4 using another 1850 gold fragments along with other necessary resources. In this video, I will showcase Boost 4 EX Kizaru gameplay in SS League of One Piece Bounty Rush. I am using the triple Kaido medal set with a max defense and attack build to get the best performance out of him. Kizaru has insane teleportation abilities. He can instantly move to flags where enemies are present and his skill 1 lets him send clones to up to four flags where enemies are located. I believe this version of Kizaru is the most broken EX in the game right now. He performs incredibly well against top-tier characters like EX Garp, EX Kuzan, and EX Sabo.
