Alex is a fantastic teacher… Featuring @alexmartens and @Joel-Haver Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Kosher salt 2 cups flour 2 eggs* 1 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup butter* 1 tablespoon vanilla 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 3.5oz dark chocolate bar (or 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips *eggs and butter should be room temperature Instructions: -Preheat oven to 325°F (After dough is chilled) -Mix flour, baking soda, and salt, in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well -Cream the brown sugar and butter. -Add eggs (one at a time) into the creamed brown sugar and butter. Mix well after each egg. -Add vanilla to brown sugar mixture -Add the flour mixture into the brown sugar mixture. Do this in roughly 3 increments of flour mix. Adding ⅓ of the flour mix the mixing well after each third. -Chop the bar of chocolate into fine pieces. Adding chopped chocolate and chocolate morsels into the main mixture. -Remove dough from the bowl, and place on parchment paper. Flatten dough to about 1in thick. -Chill for about 12 hours or over night. -Cut dough into 1.5 inch squares and roll into balls -Place evenly on parchment paper and cook in oven for 15-16 minutes. -Chill -Enjoy! -Yum that was really good Original recipe: https://cookiesandcups.com/crispy-che...
