My First Time in NYC! Mama visited! Road trip 🥦🦕🧡🦒🌵

This is my first trip to NYC, it was very spontaneous, my mama planned her visit and we decided to have a road trip to NY and spend there a weekend, and in a few weeks i needed to take mom to the plane and we went with her alone, but in that case we had a flight rather than a road trip - in my pinion it was the worst option because there is no direct flight from the place where I live, so we travel first to Charlotte (North Carolina) and than to NYC, and I went back on the train, Idon't love it or hate it, it was just a desire to try every option. In Russia we have a trains with beds and even a room, and the best way to travel for me is to sit on the train like at 9pm , have a dinner there and sleep the whole night and rested arrive to the destination around 7-8am - this kinda experience I had in Russia and remember it as a cozy nights with very good sleep ) also the reason why I can vote for train is that you arriving to the center of the city - but when you have a flight - its too many movements even tho the flight itself the fastest way - arrive to the hotel - long registrations, passport controls, wait , than arrive wait for luggage and then go the the hotel which sometimes can be hours. Plus I little nervous in a plain even tho I had a hundred flights, Blacksburg Blacksburg bla. Whatever - my favorite way of traveling is on the car - it's experience and can be fun itself.
