This video features Veronica Dittman Stanich, Alliance for the Arts in Research Universities (a2ru) in the USA and Jillian Student, Wageningen University and Research in the Netherlands. In the webinar “(i2)Insights on Embodied and Arts-Based Practices” they discuss how embodied and arts-based practices can deepen understanding, connection, and creativity in integrative research. This is the second webinar in the 2025-26 series celebrating the 10th birthday of Integration and Implementation Insights (i2Insights; https://i2Insights.org). Veronica and Jillian begin by each giving a 10 minute description of, and reflection on, their i2Insights contributions: • Using the arts to flip understanding: An arts intervention for non-arts researchers: https://i2insights.org/2023/06/20/art... • Not just in our heads: Embodied and creative practices for creating connection: https://i2insights.org/2024/03/19/cre... They then spend 10 minutes discussing commonalities, differences and reflections on each other’s presentations. The wider audience then joined the discussion verbally and through the chat.
