I thought changing the EGR valve would be an easy job, and it would have been if the two 10mm bolts holding it on were not corroded in place. It took a good soaking with PB Blaster and heat from a torch to get them to come loose. Even with all that, I ended up snapping a 10mm deep well socket! The large 27mm not that holds the exhaust tube in place was a little hard to remove, but did come loose with a little persuasion from a hammer and an adjustable wrench.
