There is a lot of people that have the Anycbic Chiron 3D Printer. And they had some problems with manual bed leveling or auto bed leveling. Here is the issue. The aluminum heater plate is the only support for your glass plate. It is less than 1/8 of a inch. So it will warp in no matter of time and the glass plate will as well. So I made me aluminum plate that is 1/4 inch thick. Then got some 3M high temperature double sided tape. I put the 3M tape on the 1/4 inch aluminum bed first. I pill off the top layer of the tape and then took the heating plate over on top of the 1/4 inch aluminum bed. NOTE: you can use the stock screws that came with the printer bed to line up the heating plate or buy new ones. The mirror glass plate is 1/8 of a inch thick. It works great, or you can use the stock glass that came with it. Hope this helps someone. The Anycubic Company has good customer service. The times that I had any issues with this printer.
