The project finish date must be set to a future date. 2. When a risk analysis is run, the bars on the distribution graph represent how often during the analysis the plan finished on a certain date or between a certain date range. 3. On the right-hand side of the distribution graph, the right-hand vertical axis, each probability represents the likelihood that the project will finish on a specific date.
