Join us for 2 hours of work with reminders to move and keep from getting stagnant. Enjoy lo-fi beats in the background while we do 50 minutes of work and 10 minute breaks - we're getting some serious work done in this session! At the 10 minute break a timer tick will go off to signal the start and ending so you don't fully need to be looking at the screen. During the 10 minute break, feel free to join in on a 5 minute movement break that you can do at your desk! Be sure to do the moves nice and easy- we're just keeping the body limber and making sure the blood keeps moving. This intense work split is perfect for those getting work done in an office, at home, doing work you don't want too many interruptions from, long reading sessions, studying, doing tasks that you may sit for too long and lose track of time and more! Make sure your desk is clear of spillable objects, etc before joining in on the workout!
