2022 Washington Old Timers MX - 50+ Intermediate Moto 1

First moto of the 50+ Intermediate class at the 2022 Washington OTMX race in Horn Rapids Motorsports Park. With only one practice day this year it took me a bit to get up to speed. I was wildly off during practice and made some pretty big mistakes, which didn't inspire any confidence but I got a pretty good jump out of the gate in moto 1. Unfortunately I got pinched and stalled in the first turn, rounding turn two in 15th place of 17 riders. I had a pretty scary moment when a rider jumped across in front of me over a double as we started the second lap, landing hard and off balance trying to avoid landing on his back wheel. It bumped my GoPro down so it ended up low for most of the race. I passed quite a few riders and made it up to 5th place by the end of the moto.
