The Silva

The Silva, the newest amenity offering on the northwest side of Alys Beach, continues to progress. Adjacent to the Nature Preserve and the Phase 4, GG Block of homes, The Silva amenity stands to add considerably to the lifestyle of Alys Beach with space for gathering, events and activities, recreational play and swimming, lounging and relaxation, and for enjoying another food and beverage offering amongst the lush, longleaf pine forested landscape found to our north. A good portion of the excitement for The Silva’s development is for the enclosed pavilion that will enable Alys Beach to add new programming, new options for events without weather constraints and, most importantly, a Kids’ camp. As construction continues to progress, our teams are behind the scenes exploring this youth programming and how we can best compose an experience that feels enriching and engaging, providing the children of our Alys Beach community with great opportunities for play, learning, wellness, cultural and environmental exploration, and for connection.
