Taiwan Day 1: My first time exploring this beautiful country on a 4D/3N DIY solo trip. I arrived at Holiday Inn Express Taoyuan and was lucky to get an early check-in at 11AM—the staff were super nice and accommodating. After a short rest from my late-night flight, I headed out in the evening to Raohe Street Night Market with my former officemate Meca, who’s currently working in Taiwan. We explored the whole area and tried some of its famous street food. After the food trip, we swung by Taipei 101—it was already late, so we just admired it from the outside.
