Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire provided an update to welcome Robert Fish as their new Fire Chief and Dustin Reed as Menifee’s new Division Chief. The department’s recent restructuring was implemented to consolidate regional coverage of Menifee to include Lake Elsinore and Wildomar. (5.2) 2. City staff presented on the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan highlighting key goals and objectives that were initiated and/or completed between July and December 2025. The report is available for the public to review at www.cityofmenifee.us/strategicplan. (10.3) 3. The Menifee City Council adopted the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). This document provides a strategic framework that guides Menifee’s economic growth, resilience, and competitiveness over the next five years.
