As the main dining spot, Horizons provides a unique breakfast experience compared to previous Princess Cruises. On port days, you can enjoy a swift "Express Breakfast" designed to get you going in 30 minutes. Sea days, on the other hand, allow for a leisurely traditional breakfast and brunch. Lunch, too, is an option but exclusively on sea days. For dinner, Horizons transforms into two separate dining experiences depending on your preferences. Deck 6's Horizons caters to guests who choose early (around 5:30 p.m.) or late (around 7:30 p.m.) dining times. Meanwhile, Deck 7's Horizons is perfect for guests who prefer "Anytime Dining" or decide to dine without a reservation. To avoid the queues at Deck 7, it’s a smart move to book your spot through the Princess app. Dinner at Horizons is an affair to remember, blending formality with tradition and typically spanning 90 minutes to two hours. While the dress code is generally casual, there are a couple of evenings set aside for more formal attire. Just a floor above, on Deck 8, the Americana Diner serves up a tasty array of American classics for brunch and dinner in a laid-back setting. Despite its casual vibe, note that some dishes might be smaller than expected. Heading up to Deck 9, you’ll find The Eatery. This new buffet area offers a wider variety and higher quality of dishes compared to its predecessor, with Asian, Mexican, and Indian flavors standing out amidst traditional American options. However, finding a seat can be a challenge, especially when the weather isn't cooperating, as the space doesn’t quite accommodate everyone. It’s also worth mentioning that self-serve drinks are not an option here. Also on Deck 9 is The Promenade, featuring a selection of casual outdoor eateries where you can grab burgers, pizza, tacos, and ice cream. These spots are handy even in less-than-perfect weather, though they might be easy to miss without prominent signage. Over on Deck 17 is The Lido, similar to The Promenade but situated closer to the main pool areas, offering a variety of quick and tasty food options from burgers to salads. Its proximity to the pools and ample shaded seating make it a popular choice during busy dining times.
