Welcome to this morning yoga flow. This is a full body practice suitable for all levels and it includes the essential posters to help you wake up and set up for a great day. In this practice we will: Start in Childs pose Move into slowly mobilising the wrists, shoulders, spine and hips Warm up with a low lunge sequence with twists Move into a stronger standing sequence Cultivate concentration with standing balances Strengthen the back body with locust Warm down in thread the needle Come back to the breath to rest Finish by setting an intention for the day I hope you enjoy this morning yoga flow.
