In this video, we will be looking at the 1MORE ComfoBuds Z sleep earbuds. I use these and the Damipow L29 most nights to help fall and stay asleep. They work really well in conjunction with some binaural beats playing, or your favorite "sleep tunes" playlist! I was using the Bose Sleepbuds II for months, before giving them to my mom to use to sleep during the day after she's on night shift. They work great to block out noise, but at $250, there are a lot of options out there. I have listed them below with my Amazon Affiliate links, it really helps pay for the channel!
