This yoga sequence is designed to improve your digestive health and soothe symptoms of digestive complaints by massaging your internal organs. This promotes blood flow and the health of the abdominal organs and helps to relieve gas, constipation and discomfort in the bowel. Options are given if you want to relieve diarrhoea instead of constipation. All the movements and stretches will be soothing for the digestive system. This yoga sequence is great for helping to relieve discomfort caused by ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease and IBS, but please do seek medical help if you think you may have any of these conditions.
