Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter recently stopped by 168 Asian Mart in Madison Heights to talk to its co-owner Ricky Dong about the grocery store, one of many thriving foreign-owned businesses in our community. Dong arrived in the U.S. in 1995 from China with practically nothing and worked his way up from dishwasher to successful entrepreneur.
