Slave of Love” is a little-known piano piece by Russian composer Eduard Artemyev, originally written for the film of the same name. Despite its relative obscurity in the West, this short composition has an extraordinary emotional impact. Pianist Christina Grigoryants discovered the piece – and now it has become a signature encore in her recitals. Christina is a virtuoso concert pianist trained at the prestigious Gnessin Academy in Moscow. She now lives in Sweden and is known for her rare ability to blend technical precision with emotional honesty and improvisational freedom.
