Ingredients Oil 1 cup 4-6 Mutton/lamb/goat Trotters 10 – 12 Glasses of Water 4-6 Garlic Cloves 1 tsp Ginger paste 1 Onion (chopped) Tomato 1 chopped 1/4 tsp black pepper corns 1 tsp cloves chopped 2-3 Black Cardamom Red chilli powder,chili flakes 1tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt to taste Ground Powder Method *Clean and scrub the mutton trotters with whole wheat husk, leave it on the trotters for 5 minutes and then rinse well *Boil trotter in water for 8-10 minutes after that drain aal water and keep trotters set a side. *In a pan add one cup oil add onion and saute for 5-6 minites.then mutton paye(mutton trotter) and cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes add ginger garlic paste and stir frying. *Add tomato and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tomato soften.add all spices and mix well . *Add 4-6 glass of water and pressure cook for 15-20 minutes and steam cook for 4-5 hours.after 20 min pressure release than saute again for 5-6 minutes and again pressure cook for 10 minutes or untill soften. *Mutton trotters are ready to serve with naan rice or roti. Note for steam cook 4-5 hours and for pressure cook 40 to 50 minutes
