Hello Everyone! This video dives into implementing the Tone.Players() object, an extension of the Tone.Player() object from the last video. This object is unique in that it wraps multiple single player objects into one larger object so all sounds can be referred to at once. Be sure to check out the next lesson on audio effects to see why this is a powerful tool! I re-rendered this video and re-uploaded it because while the file size was much smaller, it turned out to be only 240p. I figured you all would appreciate actually being able to read what I typed on the screen. In this video I go over how to load sounds into the Players() object, trigger the playback of individual sounds with buttons, as well as stop playback. Here is some important stuff: code made in this video: editor.p5js.org/mbardin/sketches/ZbX7Sv3A- online editor: editor.p5js.org textbook (updates coming 02/28/2020): pdm.lsupathways.org online sound file repository: github.com/mbardin/PDM-resources Tone.js reference material: tonejs.github.io/docs/ This is just a basic overview, be sure to check out the reference material to check out everything that can be done with .Players().
