Coaster Commuter Trains in the Early 2000s

San Diego County's Coaster commuter train has been pulling people along the Pacific Ocean for 30 years as of 2025. To celebrate 30 years of Coaster service and 50 years of North County Transit District in 2025, I'm turning back the clock once again to look at a series of videos I filmed of the Coaster in the early 2000s when I first started recording trains. We'll visit several different locations to see Coaster trains and view some clips that have not appeared on the channel in a long time or, in some cases, never before! Many things have changed since the early days of Coaster including more double tracking, station improvements, a new paint scheme, and new locomotives.
