Basically, I'll be cooking a meal for the perfect date night in- but not with a person, this is for you and your book date of choice! And every episode, I'll also be setting you up with the book date of your dreams, for the ultimate date night in! TODAY'S DATE: The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller TODAY'S MEAL: Vegetable Carbonara, Roasted Lemon Asparagus, and a classic Italian Tiramisu. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit 2. Lightly coat your asparagus with olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and some salt and pepper. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. 4.
