With Forged in Embers, We Rise, I wanted to explore that fragile moment right after collapse — when the ashes still glow and everything smells like smoke, yet something begins to pulse again. A rhythm. A breath. A fragment of will. This performance is an invocation. Each voltage surge and granular texture reflects the act of rising—not in triumph, but in defiance. It’s raw, wounded, and full of tension. But also luminous. Hopeful. Like the crackle of coals refusing to die. I built the patch entirely live, letting the system speak, twist, and evolve without forcing it. The machine breathes its own fire. And I simply listen.
