We put the newly released Black Pact faction up against perhaps the toughest list in all of BLKOUT: Manticor Borz Group with Bratva, Insertion, and Ubuitsa teams. Robby leads his Manticor force with the Marksman handler while I choose to bring the Covert Handler to support my Black Pact.
