Scutch and Hackle Flax Fiber

Took some fiber I broke awhile back and ran it through the scutcher then I used my hackle and combed it out. I'd say about 50% tow was produced from the fibers. I still need to run the fiber through the fine comb but Im hoping it is more a combing rathe than remove too much fibers. I will do this last combing with smaller handfuls of fiber. Once done they can be spun. With the coarse hackle I can get some decent fiber that could be spun. Just going to try for even better quality so the spinning produces much better and less fuzzy linen threads.
