introduction: hi, my name is markus amsler. I am a structural engineer with over 30 years of experience in designing bearing structures. my goal with this channel is to provide tutorials in calculation and design of structural elements. this is mostly for concrete but also for steel and timber structures. I also want to give insights into calculation concepts and material characteristics. this video #2: this video is not a tutorial video for statical calculation in the first place. it merely resulted from many comments on instagram posts about rust on rebars occuring on construction site pictures.
