WHAT HAVE WE BECOME?

“WHAT HAVE WE BECOME?” (Tales of Fort Jago) is part two of short Film “LOST OR NEGLECTED” This short Film is about showing to the general public, how some of our tourist attractions and monuments seem neglected; looking uncared for, dirty and embarrassing. In this Film, we also Highlights the incompetence of management and leaders in Elmina with unclear vision to welcome or transform ideas into significant changes:- making the town so dried up and no longer relevant. The Film also captures scenes of the ever growing bad attitudes of people in relation to sanitation, hygiene and environmental protection; both, from the sides of individuals and corporate institutions. This and many others have partially hindered progress and efforts by some to seeing Elmina match up in development and eventually regaining itself in History book and as a great town in the History of Ghana and the world as a whole. We hope this Film redirects our minds and open our eyes to see the reality and consequences of our ignorance and actions; that our survival as people, also depends on how we treat ourselves and the environment we find ourselves. Regardless of being short (4.5 minutes), We want it to break boundaries, reach every corner and make all the necessary changes we want to see in our communities, one after the other.
