To his shock, strange little men emerged and began to collect samples from the environment. It was a brief encounter, but it left the witness stunned and amazed. A UFO WITH OCCUPANTS. One night in February 1957, Ina Salter drove along a remote road near Georgetown, Connecticut when she came upon a cigar-shaped craft with portholes hovering by the road. Inside she saw strange movement. She knew instantly that this was not a normal craft. ALIEN MINERS. On February 6, 1997, Dr. Martin Feldman drove along a forested highway outside of Big Spring, Texas when he saw a green, scaly humanoid in the road.
