Having realized from her very own personal experiences that there existed a vacuum in Surat for an exclusive boutique banquet facility, she took it upon herself to invest in a green field venture to build a best in class banquet property for the residents of Surat. Mrs Mitali Desai brings with her over a decade of experiential knowledge and food services domain expertise in successfully running one of the earliest banquet brands and fine-dine restaurants of Surat, namely “Dil Se Re”. Her numerous quality interactions with guests has afforded her the opportunity to gain insights and greater understanding of the guests needs, which she has used as the basis for all her decision making.
