Here we have a brand new Autocar/ Heil Rear Loader collecting trash in the City of Brecksville. At the time of filming, this unit had about 3000 miles on it, with half of them coming during the delivery process. Brecksville is one of the many cities in Cuyahoga County to collect trash in house (compared to just two in Summit and 1 in Stark), and surprisingly many of them are still doing it by hand with rear loaders. There seems to be a heavy inlfux of both Autocar and Labrie Corp. products in the area on both the public and private side. I am wondering if the Labrie piece isn't tied to Bell Equipment, a Heil dealer out of Cleveland, being bought out. While the Leach is cool to see for something different, I have to say the I like the Heil and McNeilus rear loads better simply due to the lack of speed. Historically Brecksville has ran Mack/ Heils, but recently bought two of these. They do have one older Leach on and LEU I wouldn't mind finding at some point.
