Dr. Broome: In general, I think most people's apprehension from surgery is internet driven nowadays, but they go on and hear the worst stories, you know, the grandma had it done and her hip popped out over and over again and they had to redo it, you know, so and so had an infection and they had this huge incision, and then they had to have it redone and, and they're never walking the same. And I think there's a reason that we specialize nowadays. And that's because we're really trying to eliminate those outliers. So by someone going to a specialist, and by me specializing, I do nothing but hip and knee replacements, so I'm not dabbling in shoulder surgery or other things. I've got a partner that's the expert in that. And so the goal then is to eliminate those complications. And if this is all we do day in day out the likelihood of having something bad happen is really minimized, and we use all sorts of things now to make ourselves better. We have a special table that we use in the operating or we use X-ray during the surgery, so our accuracy is within two millimeters of being right on most of the time. So we have ways that we can cheat more or less but that makes us better.
