Then on top of that of course is all the money we have to spend on the equipment to keep up to date. Having the latest and the greatest equipment to be able to do the job properly. The machine shown in this video is the latest Bosch Common Rail tester. It can test both common rail injectors and pumps. Here at the shop in Toowoomba we are an authorised Bosch common rail repairer and this is the equipment we need to use to do so. Next door we have a room which is a specialist clean room filtered down to 2 microns, the boys repair equipment in there, then they bring it in this Bosch testing machine where they can test both the pump and the injectors right back to manufacturers specifications.
