A creative ReUse store or center is basically a thrift store but for arts and crafts supplies. Good for the wallet, good for the earth, good for creativity. While I love traditional art stores as much as the next crafty gal, I absolutely adore browsing and shopping at Who Gives a Scrap, the creative ReUse store in my town. As with any thrift store, they are donation-based, so you never know what will be in stock. So be sure to shop with flexibility and an open mind. I always find some awesome crafty goodies and if I didn't have other things to do, I could spend hours browsing.
