Finally... the 2023/2024 winter off season is over and race tracks are opening up all over the country. In this video we head to Firebird Raceway, Idaho to do some shake down runs after all the changes we made to the car this off season. Needless to say, my 1971 Chevy Nova race car LOVES the changes we made and ran two personal best ET's and MPH first pass off the trailer! Watch along as we sort through a couple small bugs and see how the fresh 383ci small block Chevy engine, fresh th400 transmission and new E85 fuel system does to start off our 2024 drag racing season.
