Working out in your backyard can be fun! Follow along as I take you behind the scenes of how I built my outdoor Calisthenics gym park that also functions as a Ninja Warrior Course and a Jungle Gym. Within my backyard gym, you can do Pull ups, Push ups, and Dips on the bars. I also have built monkey bars into the setup as well. I have attached mountain climber grips, various ninja holds and a climbing rope to build up your upper body strength as well. Every want to try out the Salmon Ladder? well I have that too! There are even gymnastics rings and a play swing attached to the jungle gym. This project took about three weeks to build but it was well worth it!
