Try out Chinese Stuffed Donuts Recipe and tell us how do you like it. #ChineseStuffedDonuts #StuffedDonuts #Donuts Ingredients for dough: Flour 3 cups Warm water 1/2 cup Yeast 1 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Butter (melted) 1/4 cup Egg 1 Oil 1 tsp Ingredients for filling: Chicken (boiled & shredded) 1 cup Carrot (julienne) 1 cup Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Vinegar 1/2 tbsp Chili sauce 1 tbsp Ketchup 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Salt 1/2 Tsp or To taste Black pepper 1/2 tsp Directions: In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, egg and mix. Gradually add warm water and knead a smooth dough for 5 minutes. Rub 1 tsp oil on dough surface and Cover with cling and let it proof for 30 to 35 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic in it. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add chicken, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Your filling is ready. Take dough, knead it again for 2 to 3 minutes and divide it into 55 grams balls. Take each ball and pat them with hands to make a small circle. Fill it with prepared filling and close it into a ball shape again. Make a hole in center of it to give it a donut shape. Let it rest for 10 minutes before frying. Heat oil on low medium flame. Make sure oil is not too hot and fry these donuts until light golden brown in color. Delicious Chinese Stuffed Donuts are ready to serve.
