How do I update my lights to the latest firmware? THE UPDATE OF YOUR LIGHT(S) REQUIRES FOLLOWING TWO PARTS: System Assistant - download and start -Download and save the Heliospectra software System Assistant here: https://support.heliospectra.com/port... -Next, run the System Assistant software. Firmware files - download and upload (Latest Firmware Version 2.2.25) -In System Assistant software you just opened, click "Scan". Highlight all units you would like to update. -On the menu bar select "system" and then choose "update system" from the drop-down menu. -Now download the first update file (further down below at this page, named "first file to upload"). -Wait until all lights have been updated. -Repeat the above procedure once again. This time using the second update file (download the file "second file to upload" further down here on this page). -Click Scan to refresh the light list. After an upgrade, it takes a few seconds for the lamp to respond. Click If light units do not show right away scan an extra time to refresh the list if the lamp units. Verify that the Firmware column shows the latest firmware version for your updated lamps. -Congratulations! Your Heliospectra lights are now running using the latest firmware. NOTE! Do not turn off the lamp or close the Heliospectra System Assistant during the upgrade process.
