Session with Dutch guitarist and singer Nick Croes. You might know him from Jett Rebel, Typhoon, Trijntje Oosterhuis or many other artists and acts he has worked with. For this session Nick brought his own band Minko, containing Dusty Ciggaar, Darryl Ciggaar and Tammo Deuling. Dusty, Darryl and Nick have known each other for years through their father's band, they grew up together with music, and now they have their own band together. When Nick was 12 he went to HAVO for music and dance, and from there on he continued his musical journey and went to the Conservatory of Amsterdam, starting off at the jazz department. Nick later switched to the pop department, feeling more at home there. Besides being an incredible guitar player and accompanying other artists, Nick Croes discovered that he loves the creative part of songwriting as well, such as composing, singing and writing lyrics. Nick Croes has seen all the big stages, but he doesn't mind to start a new journey with Minko. We hope you enjoy this session!
